Ingredients

  • 1 (5.33 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 c. finely crushed honey graham crackers (about 18 crackers)
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Method

  • In a medium saucepan, combine milk and chocolate bits.
  • Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
  • Mix in honey graham crumbs and nuts on medium speed of electric mixer until smooth.
  • Spread in greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
  • Refrigerate until firm.
  • Cut into squares.
