Ingredients
- 1 (5.33 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 c. finely crushed honey graham crackers (about 18 crackers)
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- In a medium saucepan, combine milk and chocolate bits.
- Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
- Mix in honey graham crumbs and nuts on medium speed of electric mixer until smooth.
- Spread in greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Cut into squares.
