Ingredients
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) margarine melted
- 1 cup (225 ml) sugar
- 1 cup (225 ml) lite corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
- 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup (225 ml) coarsly chopped pecans
- 1 unbaked 9" pie shell
Method
- Combine butter, sugar, corn syrup, salt and vanilla in mixing bowl.
- Beat well.
- Add eggs and beat well.
- Stir in pecans.
- Pour into pastry shell.
- Bake at 375 degrees (200 C.) for 45 to 50 min.
