Ingredients
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
- 1/2 c. margarine, softened
- 1 lb. box powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Sprinkle coconut and pecans in 9 x 13-inch cake pan (sprayed with Pam).
- Mix cake according to directions on the box.
- Pour it over the coconut and pecans.
- Cream margarine, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls all over unbaked cake.
- Bake 50 to 55 minutes.
