Ingredients
- 1 broiler-fryer, cut up (2 1/2 to 3 lb.)
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried basil or marjoram, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 1/2 c. corn flakes
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Rinse chicken pieces with water and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a small, microwave-proof bowl, melt butter or margarine.
- Add seasonings.
- Set aside.
