Ingredients

  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 3 avocados, mashed
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 c. sliced olives
  • 1 pkg. cheese
  • 2 c. Frito-Lay beans

Method

  • Spread ready to serve Frito-Lay beans in 3-quart Pyrex pan or something similar.
  • Then spread the mashed avocados.
  • Pour taco seasoning into sour cream and mix thoroughly.
  • Spread over avocados.
  • Chop scallions very thin and add a thin layer, then add olives.
  • Slice the tomato very fine and add to dip.
  • Shred cheese for final layer.
  • (All ingredients should be layered one on top of the other.)
  • Chill if desired.
