Ingredients
- 4 c. diced celery
- 2 c. vinegar
- 4 c. diced onions
- 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 8 c. catsup
- 2 c. water
- 4 tsp. chili powder (optional)
- 10 lb. chipped ham
- 85 to 95 buns
Method
- In electric roaster combine all the ingredients except ham over high heat, then turn to simmer for 1 hour.
- Add chipped ham. Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serves 65 to 75.
