Ingredients
- 1 lb. process Cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 lb. process Cheddar cheese spread
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chile peppers
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Method
- In a large saucepan, cook onions and butter over medium heat until onions become clear. Add both cheeses and stir until melted. Add green chile peppers
- and heat through. Serve warm.
