Ingredients
- 1 leftover sausage cake, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. water
- dash of natural seasoning or onion powder
- oil or butter
Method
- Mix egg with sausage meat, water and seasoning.
- Pour into skillet with small amount of oil or butter.
- Over medium or hot heat, cook as an omelet.
- Turn once until edges are brown.
- Serve with slices of tomato.
