Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb. ground turkey
  • 6 wide lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 4 c. spaghetti sauce, prepared
  • 1 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
  • 4 to 8 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Heat oven to 350°.
  • Spray bottom of large skillet with Pam. Crumble ground turkey into pan; add onion.
  • Cook and stir over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes or until turkey is lightly browned.
  • Stir in spaghetti sauce.
  • Cook over low heat 15 minutes. Reserve 1 cup meat sauce.
