Ingredients
- 2 c. rice (uncooked)
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 3 stalks celery, chopped fine
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. sage
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1/4 lb. sausage
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Melt butter.
- Saute sausage, celery, onion and rice.
- Add mushroom soup and 3 cans of water. Put on low heat for one hour on top of stove.
- Stir often to keep from sticking.
- Serves approximately 12 people.
