Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lb. eye of round roast
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 large onion, quartered
- 2 c. water
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
Method
- Combine tomato sauce, onion, water and beef bouillon; pour over roast in a deep casserole or baking dish.
- Cover and bake 3 to 4 hours at 350°.
- Turn roast over several times while it is baking.
