Ingredients
- 1 c. plain yogurt
- 1 can minced clams, drained
- 1 small tomato, finely chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- dash of salt and pepper
Method
- Gently stir together all ingredients and serve.
- Makes about 2 cups.
