Ingredients
- 1 large pkg. strawberry Jell-O
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 banana, thinly sliced
- 1 c. Cool Whip
Method
- Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
- Add all other ingredients except Cool Whip.
- Mix and pour into a 2 1/2 or 3-quart casserole. Refrigerate an hour or until it starts to congeal.
- Mix in Cool Whip and return to refrigerator.
- Serves 12 to 16.
