Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) French Green beans, drain
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup mixed with 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 small can dried onion rings
  • 1 small bag frozen tater tots

Method

  • Cook ground beef, drain. Put ground beef on bottom of 13 x 9 baking dish, spread drained green beans on top of beef. Mix soup and milk; pour over beans. Sprinkle cheese over soup; spread tater tots evenly over top of casserole and bake at 400° for 45 minutes. Top with onion rings and return to oven for 5 minutes.
