Ingredients
- 2 lb. sausage
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. green pepper (optional)
- 2 c. elbow macaroni
- 2 c. sour cream
- 16 oz. tomatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
Method
- Brown sausage and drain.
- Add other ingredients.
- Cook, tightly covered, on top of stove for 10 minutes at low temperature.
- Uncover and cook 10 minutes more or until macaroni is tender.
- Serve in casserole.
