Ingredients
- 2 lb. hash brown potatoes, grated
- 1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 cube butter or margarine
Method
- Mix first 4 ingredients together and spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Crush corn flakes and sprinkle on top.
- Drizzle butter over flakes.
- Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes until browned and bubbly.
