- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can French-style green beans, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 large pkg. frozen Tater Tots
- 1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
Method
- Brown the ground beef and onion in butter.
- Set aside.
- Put a layer of Tater Tots in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Pour meat mixture, green beans and water chestnuts over Tater Tots.
- Pour soups over next.
- Cover top with another layer of Tater Tots and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
