Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can French-style green beans, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 large pkg. frozen Tater Tots
  • 1 small can water chestnuts, sliced

Method

  • Brown the ground beef and onion in butter.
  • Set aside.
  • Put a layer of Tater Tots in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Pour meat mixture, green beans and water chestnuts over Tater Tots.
  • Pour soups over next.
  • Cover top with another layer of Tater Tots and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
