- 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
- 1/4 lb. butter, melted
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- pepper
- parsley flakes
- paprika
- 2 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 1 stick butter
Method
- Combine potatoes, butter, cheese, sour cream and soup.
- Add pepper, parsley flakes and paprika.
- Put into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
- Mix corn flakes with 1 stick melted butter and sprinkle on top.
- Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
