Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- can diced Rotel
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- Lb. American or velveeta cheese
- 2 lb. tater tots
Method
- Brown ground beef, drain and spread on bottom of pan. Mix together Rotel and add cream of mushroom soup. Spread
- mixture over ground beef followed by the cheese. Cover the cheese with tater tots and bake about 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
