Ingredients
- 4 large Idaho potatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 bottle bacon bits
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Slice potatoes thin; place on greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bacon bits. Bake for 20 minutes at 400° in preheated oven. Serve hot!
