Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- milk
- 2 slices cheese
- hot sauce (optional)
- HP steak sauce (optional)
Method
- put eggs in a bowl and ad milk until a crescent forms then ad in however much hot sauce (optional) and mix until bubbly around edges.
- put in the microwave for about 3 min or until solid/fluffy put cheese on top and put back in the microwave for 30 seconds and take out mix in wanted hp sauce (optional) let cool and enjoy.
- suggestion: put on bread or toast to make an easy sandwitch.
