Ingredients

  • 4 pieces flatbread or naan
  • 1/2 cup tomato puree
  • 2 oz mozzarella cheese
  • 1.5 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 None small red onion, finely sliced
  • 1 None green pepper, finely sliced
  • 3.5 oz salami
  • 3.5 oz button mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup fresh pineapple, peeled, chopped
  • 5.5 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2.5 oz pitted olives
  • None None fresh basil leaves, chopped, to serve

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper.
  • Arrange bread on baking trays. Spread tomato puree evenly over bread. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 4-5 mins, until cheese melts.
  • Top with remaining ingredients, except basil. Bake for another 5-7 mins, until bases are crisp and cheese is lightly golden.
  • Sprinkle with basil and cut into slices to serve.
