- 4 pieces flatbread or naan
- 1/2 cup tomato puree
- 2 oz mozzarella cheese
- 1.5 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 None small red onion, finely sliced
- 1 None green pepper, finely sliced
- 3.5 oz salami
- 3.5 oz button mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup fresh pineapple, peeled, chopped
- 5.5 oz ricotta cheese
- 2.5 oz pitted olives
- None None fresh basil leaves, chopped, to serve
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper.
- Arrange bread on baking trays. Spread tomato puree evenly over bread. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 4-5 mins, until cheese melts.
- Top with remaining ingredients, except basil. Bake for another 5-7 mins, until bases are crisp and cheese is lightly golden.
- Sprinkle with basil and cut into slices to serve.
