Ingredients
- 1 pt. mayonnaise
- 1 small onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 dill pickles
- 1 small jar olives
- 1/2 jar pimento
- 5 Tbsp. Wesson oil
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
Method
- Chop onion, garlic, pickles, olives and pimentos.
- Add mayonnaise, oil, vinegar, lemon juice and parsley flakes.
- Mix well.
- Put in jar and let stand overnight before using.
- Will keep 3 to 4 weeks.
