Ingredients

  • 2 cups Dry Rotini Pasta, Cooked According To Package Instructions
  • 1/2 cups Chopped Green Pepper
  • 1/2 cups Chopped Roma Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cups Chopped Fresh Zucchini
  • 1/4 cups Chopped Fresh Red Onion
  • 4 slices Thick-cut Deli Salami, Cubed
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 pinches Pepper
  • 1/3 cups Low Fat Italian Dressing

Method

  • Cool cooked pasta completely OR after cooking it, rinse it with cold water to cool.
  • In a large bowl combine cooked pasta with fresh vegetables, salami and garlic. Toss. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour in Italian dressing and stir thoroughly. Refrigerate or serve immediately.
