- 2 cups Dry Rotini Pasta, Cooked According To Package Instructions
- 1/2 cups Chopped Green Pepper
- 1/2 cups Chopped Roma Tomatoes
- 1/2 cups Chopped Fresh Zucchini
- 1/4 cups Chopped Fresh Red Onion
- 4 slices Thick-cut Deli Salami, Cubed
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 pinches Pepper
- 1/3 cups Low Fat Italian Dressing
Method
- Cool cooked pasta completely OR after cooking it, rinse it with cold water to cool.
- In a large bowl combine cooked pasta with fresh vegetables, salami and garlic. Toss. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour in Italian dressing and stir thoroughly. Refrigerate or serve immediately.
