Ingredients
- 10 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves
- 2 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1 c. sesame seed
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. parsley, minced
- 3 tsp. seasoned salt
Method
- Place chicken in shallow dish.
- Pour buttermilk over chicken, cover tightly and refrigerate at least 6 hours.
- Pour off buttermilk and discard.
- Dry chicken with paper towels.
