Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rotini, Uncooked
  • 1 whole Sm Green Pepper, Chopped & Seeded
  • 1 whole Sm Red Pepper, Chopped & Seeded
  • 1-1/2 cup English Cucumber, Chopped Small
  • 1 whole Plum Tomato, Chopped Small
  • 1 bunch Green Onions, Sliced Thinly
  • 2/3 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 1/3 cups Ketchup
  • 1/4 cups White Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Method

  • Cook rotini according to package directions. Rinse under cold water to chill and keep from sticking. Pour into a large bowl.
  • Add all chopped vegetables and toss lightly.
  • Whisk together remaining ingredients in a small bowl, and pour over rotini and vegetables. Toss lightly.
  • Chill at least 2 hours to combine flavours.
