Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 juice of 1/2 lemon (2 tablespoons)
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp white vinegar
- 1/2 oz gingerroot (a nickel size slice), peeled and chopped
Method
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on low speed for 30 seconds or until the gingerroot and garlic have been pureed.
- Chill before serving.
- *This sauce can be frozen in a sealed container for weeks at a time.
