Ingredients
- 4 cups 1/2-inch diced tomatoes
- 1 cup finely diced onion
- 3/4 cup fined diced fresh jalapenos
- 1 cup lemon juice, or more as needed
- Salt
Method
- In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, onion and jalapenos. Stir to combine. Add lemon juice and season to taste. May be made up to 2 days ahead and refrigerated.
