Ingredients
- peanut oil
- sesame oil
- garlic
- ginger
- meat (pork, chicken, shrimp)
- fresh vegetables (bean sprouts, carrots, bokchow, green onions, pea pods)
- Ketjap Medja (thick soy sauce-like product)
- chuka soba noodles or can substitute thin spaghetti
Method
- In a wok heat 3 tablespoons oil (2 peanut and 1 sesame oil). Add 4 to 6 pressed garlic and 1 tablespoon ginger.
- Add meat and brown.
