Ingredients
- 1 lb thin halfed chicken breast
- 1 pinch coarse black peppercorn
- 1 dash lemon zest
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 sprits of lemmon juice. (1 lemon half)
Method
- Slice each breast in half.
- And lightly season each half breast
- Coat pan with oil and let heat up slowly on med heat.
- Drop in breast cooking fully and untill golden brownl
- Let set for 5 mins and sprits with lemon juice and serve with your favorite side dish.
