Ingredients
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 level Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- butter
Method
- Beat eggs until light.
- Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt.
- Add to eggs and mix.
- Add corn and mix well.
- Pour into buttered baking dish.
- Dot with butter.
- Sit in pan with inch of water surrounding dish.
- Bake at 350° for 1 1 /2 hours until set.
