Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 qt. beef stock
- 2 c. canned chili beans
- 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 can tamales, quartered
Method
- Brown beef in skillet.
- Drain.
- Add with rest of ingredients except tamales in crock-pot.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 6 to 7 hours. Add tamales.
- Re-cover and cook 30 minutes longer. Accompany with hot cornbread.
