Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can pitted olives
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 lb. ground pork
- 1 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1 (16 to 18 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 large (20 oz.) can solid pack tomatoes
- 1 large onion
Method
- Cook
- milk and cornmeal together in heavy bottomed pan. (Mixture will
- be
- very thick.) Add corn, tomatoes, olives and chili powder.
- Brown pork
- and
- onions,
- then
- add to mixture. Bake in large greased casserole
- dish
- for
- 1 hour at 350° (or put in smaller casserole
- dishes
- and
- freeze
- for later use). Serves six to ten.
