Ingredients

  • 500 grams tomato
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 kg boneless meat
  • 250 grams onion
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Method

  • Marinate all the ingredients along with cumin, cardamom, salt, and rest for a few hours (at least 30 minutes)
  • Fry onion in tajine until brown in very small quantity of Olive oil
  • Add all the marinated things to fried onions
  • Cover the bottom pan with top of tajine and put on slow fire for almost 1 hour
  • Check after approximately 1 hour and if natural water is dry and meat seems cooked then you can remove from fire and set aside to cool.
  • And serve with bread or rice
