Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 3/4 c. water
- taco shells
- lettuce
- Cheddar cheese
- tomatoes
- onions
Method
- Brown the ground beef until crumbly; drain the fat.
- Add the taco seasoning and the water; blend well.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon the meat filling into the taco shells.
- Top with shredded lettuce, grated Cheddar cheese and chopped onions and tomatoes.
