Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs. lean ground chuck
- 1 egg
- 1/4 to 1/3 c. onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- sprinkle of garlic (optional)
- 2 or 3 Tbsp. cream of mushroom or chicken soup
- 2/3 to 1 cup cracker crumbs
Method
- Mix all together and form into a loaf.
- Add water to remainder of soup in can and pour over loaf.
- Bake about 1-1/2 hours at 325-350°.
