Ingredients

  • 1 lb. beef, browned and drained
  • 1 large onion, chopped and sauteed
  • 3 large (15 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 large can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can hominy, drained
  • 1 can red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can pinto beans, drained
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
  • 1/4 to 1/2 medium salsa
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Mix in crock-pot. Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 3 hours. Can cook on stove for 1 hour. Top with grated cheese and sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips or corn bread.
