Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 can corn (whole kernels)
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce (small)
  • 1 pack taco seasoning
  • 1 box Jiffy mix
  • 1 can red kidney beans or what you prefer
  • cheese
  • Tabasco sauce (optional)

Method

  • Brown ground chuck and add taco seasoning; mix corn, tomatoes, tomato sauce and ground chuck together with beans. Place in a casserole dish. Mix Jiffy mix and pour on top of mixture. Bake until near brown; sprinkle cheese on top then put back in oven until cheese melts.
