Ingredients

  • 1 c. fresh or frozen broccoli, chopped (uncooked)
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine, softened
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 (5 oz.) can chunk ham, drained and separated into chunks
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Heat oven to 350°.
  • Cook and drain broccoli.
  • In large bowl, combine margarine, parsley, onion, mustard and lemon juice.
  • Add cheese, broccoli and ham.
  • Mix lightly; set aside.
