- 1 c. fresh or frozen broccoli, chopped (uncooked)
- 1 Tbsp. margarine, softened
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 (5 oz.) can chunk ham, drained and separated into chunks
- 1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
- grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Cook and drain broccoli.
- In large bowl, combine margarine, parsley, onion, mustard and lemon juice.
- Add cheese, broccoli and ham.
- Mix lightly; set aside.
