Ingredients
- 1 gal. dill pickles (medium size whole)
- 3 1/2 lb. sugar
- 1 1/2 hot, small Tabasco sauce
- 5 cloves garlic
Method
- Pour off juice and slice pickles into a large jar, alternating with sugar, minced garlic and Tabasco sauce.
- After 10 days, shaking jars everyday, then put them in jars or just leave in jug.
