Ingredients
- chicken, cut up or parts
- 1 (8 oz.) jar Russian dressing
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
Method
- In large baking dish or pan, layer chicken, skin side up, in single layer.
- Mix together dressing, soup mix and preserves; pour over chicken.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
- Serve.
- Pour remaining sauce over chicken (what's left in dish).
