- 3/4 c. raisins
- 1/3 c. pecans
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. soft butter
- 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 (10 oz.) can flaky biscuits
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. 10x sugar
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Combine
- raisins,
- pecans,
- sour
- cream,
- honey, butter, lemon rind
- and cinnamon.
- Mix well.
- Separate biscuit dough; roll out on lightly floured surface to 7 x 4-inch oval.
- Spread 1 rounded tablespoon of filling on each. Roll dough starting at narrow end. Place
- seam
- down
- on ungreased sheet.
- Brush with the 1 tablespoon melted
- butter. Bake
- at
- 375° for
- 12 to 15 minutes. Combine sugar,
- 1 teaspoon butter, milk and vanilla. Stir
- until smooth.
- Drizzle over
- warm
- rolls.
- Yield:
- 20 roll-ups.
