Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. raisins
  • 1/3 c. pecans
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. soft butter
  • 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 (10 oz.) can flaky biscuits
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 3/4 c. 10x sugar
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Combine
  • raisins,
  • pecans,
  • sour
  • cream,
  • honey, butter, lemon rind
  • and cinnamon.
  • Mix well.
  • Separate biscuit dough; roll out on lightly floured surface to 7 x 4-inch oval.
  • Spread 1 rounded tablespoon of filling on each. Roll dough starting at narrow end. Place
  • seam
  • down
  • on ungreased sheet.
  • Brush with the 1 tablespoon melted
  • butter. Bake
  • at
  • 375° for
  • 12 to 15 minutes. Combine sugar,
  • 1 teaspoon butter, milk and vanilla. Stir
  • until smooth.
  • Drizzle over
  • warm
  • rolls.
  • Yield:
  • 20 roll-ups.
