Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. rice
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Brown meat, onion and green pepper.
- Add rice, tomato sauce, water and seasonings.
- Cook, stirring occasionally until rice is tender.
- Cover while cooking.
