Ingredients
- 6 sweet potatoes
- 1 stick butter
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 bag marshmallows
Method
- Boil sweet potatoes until soft.
- Peel skin and put in mixer bowl.
- Mash with potato masher.
- Add butter, salt, pepper and cinnamon.
- Mix until fluffy.
- Put in souffle dish.
- Place marshmallows on top and heat at 250° for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Turn heat up last 5 minutes to brown marshmallows.
