Ingredients
- 2 large cans yams
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
Method
- In a baking dish, combine the yams (drain them first).
- Add pineapple, but do not drain.
- Add margarine and 1 teaspoon brown sugar.
- Mash all ingredients into a smooth texture.
