Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lb. sweet potatoes
- salt
- pepper
- brown sugar
- small can crushed pineapple
- marshmallows
Method
- Peel and parboil 2 to 3 pounds sweet potatoes.
- Mash and add salt, pepper and brown sugar to taste.
- Put in casserole; add 1 small can crushed pineapple.
- Cover with marshmallows.
- Bake in a moderate oven until the marshmallows are toasted.
