Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. sugar
Method
- In a large bowl, dissolve jello in boiling water.
- Add pie filling, pineapple and nuts.
- Chill.
- When set, top with a mixture of cream cheese, sour cream and sugar.
