- 2 sweet peppers (red, gold and/or green)
- 8 mushrooms
- oil and vinegar
Method
- Cut peppers into 2-inch pieces.
- Thread pepper pieces and mushrooms on 4 (6-inch) skewers.
- Brush with dressing.
- Cook over medium coals for about 6 minutes, basting with more dressing and turning after 3 minutes.

- 4 servings.
