Ingredients
- 1 doz. red peppers
- 1 doz. green peppers
- 1 doz. onions
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 4 c. sugar
- 2 oz. mustard seed
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. salt
Method
- Grind or put in blender the peppers and onions.
- Cover with boiling water and let stand 5 minutes.
- Drain well.
- Put in kettle with remaining ingredients and cook 1/2 hour.
