Ingredients
- 5 apples, peeled and cut into thick slices
- 1 can Hungry Jack flaky biscuits
- 1 stick margarine
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. water
Method
- Take each biscuit and roll flat.
- Cut in half.
- Take each apple slice and wrap biscuit completely around it.
- Makes 20 dumplings.
- Grease Pyrex dish and place wrapped apples in dish close together.
- Take 1 stick of margarine and dot over top of biscuits.
- Mix sugars, cinnamon, vanilla and water together. Pour over top of dumplings.
- Bake 40 minutes in 350° oven.
